Travelled as a family of four. Kids (3) (5) location great as on the edge of the beach. Outdoor pools where ice cold Indoor pool clean but hit! very small and crowded due to the outdoor pools too cold. Kids club very good and modern felt very safe to leave the children there. Girls were amazing and professional! You can leave your kids from 18 months for one hour in the day and 2 hours at night. Level is worth the extra €50pn for free soft drinks and due happy hour and snacks until 11pm Good hotel!

overall, it is a pleasant experience. liked the location: close to Palma center(25min by car), the view is nice: you can see the sea from your bed, highly recommend that you book a room with the level title, this hotel has a separate section for the level clients for everything(even for breakfast)

First we got a big upgrade! And we really enjoyed the Junior Suite, such a beautiful suite with perfect views! The breakfast was insane, lots of choices! Loved the gym and pools, beds at the pool were comfortable. Beachtowels en normal towels were changed every day, as well as the sheets of the bed. Would go there another time for the hotel. Only didn’t liked Magaluf.

The staff were amazing throughout, checking on us without us asking to make sure we had everything we needed and ensuring we knew about everything the hotel had to offer. The food throughout all restaurants was excellent, as was the atmosphere in the restaurants. The grand suite is an amazing room with a beautiful view - highly recommended if you are looking for something really special in mallorca.
