The staff and spa are great! The staff are friendly and attentive. The spa is the 4 star feature of the lodge. It’s wonderful being able to experience the zebra and antelope so close, grazing on the property

Friendly stuff, I was moved to better and beautiful room because the initial one had a carpet and I have sinuses and I can’t sleep in a room with a carpet.

The experience as a whole was phenomenal. My husband and I are both extremely fussy people however this experience was great for both of us. From the special requirements I requested, to check-in, to the stay and the food all was great. The location is ideal for a relaxing get away, the room was spacious and extremely clean. The lodge grounds are extremely well maintained. The staff are pleasant and extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The spa facility was lovely. We definitely be going to the lodge again.
