The staff at the Resort, were so welcoming and helpful. They helped us get to our volunteer work at the Elephant Nature Park on our first day, and nothing was too much trouble. A most special mention goes to the wonderful Chai who was a smiling face, efficient, friendly, so helpful staff member. Chai is excellent at his job and made our stay fantastic. The Resort is so lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

The hotel is located in the best place to go visit the elephants. Very quiet and stunning view. The room is beautiful and the resort very scenographic. Good WiFi. Good help from the staff. Restaurant food was good.

Gorgeous. Great staff. Delicious free breakfast. Pool is massive. Very clean. Bath tubs & showers with hot water.Great location for all the elephant places.They set up transportation. The food was so good!
