We could see the sea from our bungalow door. The place was clean but very basic. The bed was ok. We only stayed 1 night but paid for 2 so we could keep the room until late before checking out to head to the airport. We walked along beach front (turn right) and up to W Koh Samui which had a beach grill. Food was delicious. Also keep walking around and there is a massage place on the beach.

Good hotel. But you need to have or rent a bike or a car to feel free because of high heel road to the hotel.
