The construction will start from The Chaloklum Village up until Sri Thanu Village.Please note that the property is under renovation from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025 and some areas may be affected by noise.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The view is beautiful from everywhere around the property. Our room has a terrace with a view to the montains and you can see the ocean from the breakfast area and the pool area. The viewpoint and and the bar is 5 min walk away which is really nice. You can also reach the closest beach by 15 min walk, and the walk back is also easily managable. Loved the cats and chickens around. The breakfast is good, and the staff is really nice and helpful.

We have visited the accommodation 4 times already, and it still offers an excellent value for money. We stayed in the bungalows with a mountain view. The rooms were tidy, and the towels were changed daily. The breakfast was excellent, though it became a bit monotonous after 3 days. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. Unfortunately, due to extremely bad weather during our stay, we did not use the pool.

Tranquil location, with beautiful views. It feels undiscovered and a bit of an oasis of calm. The views from our sea view room were perfect. Food was reasonably priced and very good quality as was the buffet breakfast with freshly cooked options. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Laundry costs were reasonable. We were visiting for the snorkelling nearby, however after one visit to the bay beneath the resort we only swam there - some of the best corals we have seen in Thailand, with green turtles and many fish. Bit of a walk down but well worth the effort

There is nothing to fault about this accommodation. The staff are incredible - some of the friendliest most helpful people I've ever met! Every day you get a fantastic breakfast with stunning views over the ocean. The amenities are fantastic; there's a beautiful pool and a coworking place on site where you can order nice coffee. Every day they offer a free shuttle service to local beaches which is fantastic and they also go above and beyond to collect you from other places too (for a small charge). We have nothing but good things to say about Utopia and hope we can return again soon!

Beautiful resort. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room, spacious and had everything we needed, the pictures definitely do not do this place justice. There is also a handy restaurant on the resort and the staff are very helpful. Also wow, the view is amazing.
