Service was great. Attentive staff. Energetic, enthusiastic and polite. Everyone we encountered, who was working in Poppys Madurai, seemed to want to be there. Ample sitting area at the lobby. The rooms were massive!. The bathroom was equally massive!

The hotel location is good for those having their own transport( about 6 to 8 kms from the main Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple) It will take forever to reach the temple due to traffic. The check in was smooth. The room was Spacious. had a sofa, a work table, Kettle & Coffee and tea effects. There was a mini bar too. The bath room was neat and clean. The wardrobe is spacious and there is a safe deposit locker too. We had dinner of Bisibele bath and Curd rice that tasted good. The next day we had breakfast and the spread was good south Indian, tasted good too. Ample parking space was available.

It was a delightful experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met promptly.
