I travelled to Madhurai with my sister. Hotel was 1 km away from Vandiyur Mariamman Teppakulam Temple. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. Biggest problem for tourist in Tamilnadu is language barrier, but staff at Avea were fluent in English. So we didn;t face language issue.

traveller friendly with pocket friendly as well and profesionally sound with the tourism ethics stating from the the person gaurding the property and the person managing the property. friendly acceptance of marginal changes and accomodating to the needs with sincere effors to the capacity they can (example, i mistakenly booked for 2 adults and 1 kid - 3 years, but i was with another 13 year old -my daughter. some how missed it in the booking) they accomodated with no extra charges. second one, i asked for a late check out, but they where straight to say not possible, since rooms are booked. i appreaciate their acceptence and straight to face rejection, so no one is given a false promise and we can make our plans accordingly, i will recommend to any one who wants a good night stay and enjoy their trip with the city. extra: i used ola auto(pleasure for the kids to enjoy and pocket friendly for the parents - drivers insist on extra, but it's minimal and when you say "no problem, your relationship and thier guidence would benift both"

Everything! The location was great, the rooms was so clean and comfortable but the best part was the staff. They are amazing. Ram is an absolute credit to Avea he is such a kind, helpful person he made our stay so enjoyable. Palamin the security guard is also a very nice gentleman and made sure our bike was safe every time and helped us with a smile every day. I didn’t catch the young girl’s name as she wasn’t there when we checked out but she was also super nice 😃 Thanks Avea and see you again soon 🇮🇳🙏🏼

The location was good and great value for money. Sufficient if you require a budget place just to crash for the night. There is no frills, no extras, you get exactly what you pay for. The aircon needed to be cleaned but the room was okay.

The reception staff were wonderful with me, especially the one from the evening service. Very attentive. Communication with the hotel before and after my stay was very fluid. A big bravo to the girl and the guy at the reception.

Courteous staff. Clean room. May be close to Mattuthavani bus stand (long distance routes). I think I got a share auto at 5am to go to this bus stand and paid Rs 20. On the return trip Rs 150.

The property was homely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The balcony in the room was clean and well maintained. The property was quiet despite being located on a busy road. There were lot of shops, eateries around. Access to the property is also easy.
