The location is perfect, in the Gran Via, quite close to the subway station Callao and in a walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants. The room was surprisingly quite, considering that is located in the center of busy Madrid. There are other rooms around but we barely could hear the other guests, only when arriving / leaving. The staff is really nice, and it is possible to leave the luggage in the reception (which is in another building but just around the corner).

Yandy was so helpful and pleasant. The brilliant location, clean room and bathroom all made for a great trip to Madrid. I will definitely book there again.

The location is right behind Gran Via so if you’re there to shop it’s the perfect place to stay at. The 2nd or maybe 3rd floor has private rooms which looks newly renovated so it was very comfortable to stay in.

Great location at 15min walking distance from almost all we had planned to visit. The room for 4 was perfect for 1/2 days, we spent anyway most our time outside!
