Everything about this was great! Great staff, very helpful, excellent location near Gran Via metro and lot of things where walking distance. Amazing room and even had a balcony! Loved it! Would stay here again for sure!

Everything: Location. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. They accommodate early check-in for us too as soon as the room became available and cleaned.

The best part of this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of Calle Fuencarral, a pedestrian street and shopper's paradise, just 5 minutes away from Gran Via. We also liked the large, comfortable bed.
