The best of our accommodations whilst travelling through Spain. Modern and clean and in a great location. Loved the themes with the rooms. We reside in Singapore and they have a Marina Bay Sands room, but we have the family room called Petronas. Don’t hesitate to book this place. The family room is separated by a door, and that room remains very quiet for kids.

The fabulous location - very close to the top Madrid attractions in walking distance. Can be noisy in the evening, because crowdy street nearby, so I recommend ear buds for comfy sleep. I really liked the cleanliness, AC in the room, spacious bathroom and lights with adjustable light intensity.

Location was very convenient, close to metro and within walking distance of Centro Madrid. Room was nice and comfortable but no view.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Cleaninless was spot on. Bed was comfortable. The staff knowing we were travelling for our honeymoon prepared a lovely surprise on our arrival, with petals and chocolate on the bed.

Great location, easy access to Madrid's historic centre, shopping district and local cuisine. Calle Gran Via is a busy street and we loved people watching from the room's balcony (a definite bonus!)

Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Madrid highlights. Don’t let the appearance of the building itself put you off. The rooms are very nicely updated.
