We were given a room upgrade . Im not sure if this was because I indicated it was my 60th birthday or because I booked through Booking .com and I am on genius level 3 The bed was massive with good linen and the bathroom was modern and very clean . Good breakfast.

Location was great, easy to reach by bus and close to Retiro park. Building was accessible and rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and even suggested how it is possible to get a late check in which was very much appreciated. We travelled to celebrate birthdays and were greeted with a pleasant surprise of complimentary cake slices in room service.

Pet friendly place which is a bonus! Very nice modern and friendly service. Good gym. Parking. Good value for money. Not in the center of Madrid exactly but walking distance. Nice dog park next door

Very nice location, walking distance to the retiro park but very close to a metro station where you can reach virtually all of Madrid without problem. Room was nice and originally decorated, nice to have complementary cookies and bottles of water. Bathroom was really spacious
