The service was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and professional throughout my stay at the hotel. The rooftop with views over the distant mountains and over Gran Via was great The hotel design was nice and rooms with views over Gean Via are light and wonderful.

Superb location and clean rooms. The marble staircase and lifts are lovely and the staff are very helpful. Beds were extremely comfy with a huge selection of pillows! My room was over looking Gran Via, but there were no noise issues from outside - got a great night’s sleep! The rooms from outside the door are not very noise proof - as soon as the cleaners start their shift in the morning, it can be noisy.

Great location on Gran Via, Reception staff were so helpful and answered all questions for transportation and sightseeing in the area. Good breakfast, gluten free bread on request.

Location was perfect for starting the city tour. Close by sightseeing and good restaurants. Room was like expected even more. When you ask all needed items provided. We could leave our luggage to the lobby. Asking for taxi even helpful. They called local restaurants for us for reservation.

Excellent location. Quite unique rooms with sliding doors. Really comfy huge bed and pillows! Mood lighting. Great view from room on floor 9. The marble stair case is beautiful. Staff super friendly. Air con and a window that opened for choice. Quiet considering is on the main road. Good size bathroom, shower and deep bath. Spacious rooms.

The hotel is located in the very center of Madrid, so all the sights, shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We were surprised by the hotel, it is beautiful and we got a room on the top floor, where there was a breathtaking view of the whole of Madrid. The room was cozy, the beds and blankets were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and nice toiletries. We only used the breakfast once and the offer was rich. Overall, there is nothing to fault this place.
