The hotel is amazing - centrally located, so you can walk around the city or easily take public transport. The staff is very attentive and professional. The design of the shared areas as well as the rooms is very nice, colourful and pleasant. Cleanliness all around. We were on a girls trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The location, the hotel is close to the restaurants, shopping etc. The ambiance. Breakfast a la carte. Friendly staff. 10 minutes with taxi from the train station Atocha.

Our experience of Vincci The Mint was fantastic. From the first moment the staff were super friendly, warm and helpful. The rooms were well decorated and spacious. The food and breakfast food and area excellent. The hotel is situated very conveniantly in central Madrid with easy access to shopping, restuarants and metro. Even received a lovely surprise complimentary gift in room for our anniversary - attention to detail of all working there was super! Felt very welcome and would book again. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent hotel! The location is fantastic—within walking distance to almost everything. The service is courteous, pleasant, and every time we reached out, they did everything to assist in a particularly professional and quick manner! The hotel is charming, comfortable, and very clean!
