The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully modern, with very friendly and helpful staff. Its location is excellent, just 300 meters from the metro station and only a 30-minute drive from the city center. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The hotel is very well located (just a 5-minute walk from the metro and bus lines). The neighborhood has plenty of cafeterias, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The facilities are outstanding and clean. The beds were comfy and clean, as were the toilet and shower space. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

Uve Mercado is excellent hotel, I was positively surprised. Its new hotel and everything smell nice. Bus 1 and 9 will take you centar and Metro is only 5 min walk, station name is Prosperidad. Very happy with my stay, would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable & with added extra touches such as towels, toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gels & shampoo. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was included in our deal & a good selection of choices available. We knew we weren’t in the centre of Madrid but a few minutes walk to Prosperidad metro & you can easily get to all areas. Would highly recommend this hotel & would happily stay again.

The hotel was clean, spacious and well-located from the bus station where we arrived from Madrid. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our requests prior to arriving were all there when we arrived.
