Nice hotel with a great Spa (upon reservation only). Very well located as in a trendy area but not far away from the hot spot of Madrid. Rooms are well equiped even if the decoration is standard. This is not a design hotel.

The attention of the whole staff was extraordinary from entrance, to front desk, to restaurant, to lounge bar, to cleaning staff - we felt like a family. One day our niece visited us with her daughter and one of the waiters brought a colouring book and pencils for her and later a small doll - so cute, so wellcome. Thank you to everyone (and also to the pianist in the bar that made us want to stay and relax). The hotel is beautiful and located withing walking distance to old town Madrid.
