Location: 1 min walk to the train station, 15 min walk to Plaza Mayor, 2 min walk from laundromat. Street was quiet outside and felt very safe. Room: Very cute aesthetic. Had a small kitchenette with complete supplies even their own dishwashing soap. Room was quite spacious Staff: Excellent and accommodating. They even held a package for me prior to my arrival. Staff is 24 hours and can be reached via WA. Hotel: There are elevators but there are around 7 steps of stairs before the elevators

Flor, Jose, Raquel & Eugenia were great! So helpful & friendly. The hotel is located near restaurants, supermarket, a mercado, cafes, etc. Walking distance to various Madrid tourist attractions. The History Museum is just across the road as is Tribunal metro (subway) stop.

Everything is within walking distance. Even the metro & super Mercado is around the corner. Staff members are friendly The bed is good Cleaning every day

Great location - right next to metro station entrance, many restaurants and shopping in the area and just 5-10min walk to main streets. Room was nice and clean

Super comfortable and spacious room. Lovely shower and kitchen facilities were great. The whole place smells gorgeous too. The staff were so friendly.

Overall it’s good except there is a floor where a luggage has to be carried. Also, the corridor is very narrow. I felt uncomfortable walking across while housekeeping staff is working.

Everything was just perfect! The room was very spacious and well equipped. Excellent service from check in to check out. The room was perfectly clean. The location is very good allowing exploring the city by foto or by metro which is 5mins walk.

An excellent location in central Madrid. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Slept very well despite being a city centre location. Good ensuite with fab shower. Great to have the kitchenette with fridge for drinks, milk, breakfast.
