Great location. Walking distance to the palace, food markets. Big spacious cafe area. Good food. Fast WiFi Very very helpful staff who gave us time to give recommendations of places to see & restaurants. We had room with en-suite bathroom. Very spacious & clean.

The hotel is excellent, located right next to the Royal palace. The room is spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, and the bathroom amenities are of very high quality. They provide shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand gel, and a lotion cream for hands and body. The room is equipped with a coffee machine, and capsules are replenished daily. Water is also provided. The staff is very polite and attentive. The entire city center of Madrid is within walking distance. A metro station and a mall are about a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. There are also shops and restaurants nearby.

I love the atmosphere of The Social Hub as well as the rooms in general. The comfort of my stay exceeded my expectations. I would easily recommend TSH to anyone that is visiting Madrid.

The pool and social spaces were fab. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. The location was great too. Overall, great value for money.
