Location is perfect for all purposes: sightseeing, eating out, shopping. Cleanliness. Good breakfast. Newly refurbished rooms. Breakfast room is a bit small but cosy and the two ladies manage it perfectly well. What struck us was that when we announced our room numbers at the breakfast another lady immediately went up and made our rooms. When we returned from the breakfast, our rooms were done. Never saw this elsewhere, excellent service.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. We got a better room than what we booked. They have a luggage room, so we could leave our luggage for a couple of hours on the day of check out.

The location is very central within Madrid, so it's an extremely good base for walking to all the main tourist areas and restaurants and bars.

Excellent location near Gran Via (all sighseeing spots + main shopping street is nearby); a very nice breakfast and a very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of nice caffes and restaurants around.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to Callao square. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The hotel personnel is very helpful, in a couple of cases they solved our problems quickly.

The hotel was located in a beautiful historic laneway with lots of coffee shops & restaurants. Its central location in Madrid meant that most attractions were within walking distance. I felt safe & well looked after by the staff. These were important features for a female travelling on her own.
