Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. A fresh, clean and modern apartment, felt like being at home! We loved the location and easy access to the station, surrounding restaurants and shops. Staff were excellent and very efficient and friendly. They dealt with any questions quickly and very helpful with advice. Our 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of four. Having a small kitchen, with washing machine was extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

The place is beautifully designed and comfortable; equipped with a small kitchenette, washing machine & dishwasher. It's also quiet considering how noisy Madrid can be. I guess this will also depend on the neighbouring flatlets. The area is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. It's walking distance from major attractions.

Location was good. It was situated very close to the subways and also surrounded by lots of eateries. The check-in instructions were very well documented and easy to follow.

very nice and bright, the space is very spacious and cozy! it really felt like a home, the internet is very good, me and my partner can both work from there on video calls. There are also lots of nice cafes and restaurants around, very lovely neighbourhood!

The rooms were spacious, clean and had great amenities for a comfortable stay. I appreciated having access to staff online through the app, however occasionally the responsiveness was a little slower compared to face to face reception staff.

My daughter & I have stayed in 2 different Sonders in Madrid. We feel completely at home when we stay there. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and stylish, whilst maintaining a restrained aesthetic that is very calming and comfortable. Both locations are fantastic, with Malasaña being the quieter of the two!

This was a refuge for us after a disastrous booking with a villa outside Madrid and we had to book something immediately & without having time to do the usual research. However, it turned out to be a really great stay. The apartment had everything we needed as a family of five. The location is excellent: it’s a three or four minute walk to Tribunal metro station and there are various supermarkets a few minutes away. There are great cafes, restaurants and shops in the vicinity and we found it a perfect base from which to walk all over the city. There is even a lovely museum on the history of the city just near the station. I would happily return to this specific Sonder again with a group of friends and now that I know what this brand of apartment-hotels provides, I would be interested to check out its sister properties in different countries. There’s extra loo roll & kitchen roll in the lobby (I didn’t realise this until we checked out!).
