Great value and location. Bunk room came with locker and lock, even a nice terrace. Staff were very friendly — special shoutout to Gary for great service! The bathrooms were very clean, which was great! I felt very safe in the hostel, especially with the 24/7 front desk.

The place seems nice from far but closing in you can spot things that are a bit neglected like the condition of the showers and the canteen

The facilities were excellent, everything was clean and the towels, duvet and pillow were great quality. The lockers were a nice added touch. There was no noise from the street or outside which was really welcome given it's on Gran Via. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. And I think they arranged the people staying together well. All the girls in the dorm were really nice and respectful. It was great that they had someone at reception all the time. I could also leave my luggage there for a small cost in a secure space, unlike some places where they leave it open at reception.

Hostel is few minutes away from the Airport bus stop but I took a taxi that took me in 20 min from the Airport to the hostel (at night). It is so amazing that for such cheap price you get a stay on Gran Via (at least when I stayed there). Breakfast a bit expensive but you get a view to Gran Via street so it is worth it.

Gary and the reception staff are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfy and had the privacy of the curtains and also the locker under the bed. The hostel is in a fantastic location - perfect for exploring the city and close to the metro. Great value for money and pretty good bathroom to cater for lots of guests.

The staff at the reception was super nice and took care of every request and need I had. Very nice. Very clean and everything was excellent.
