The location is excellent. The hotel, room, staff, breakfast are all very good Indeed. No idea why this hotel is only rated a 2 star.

Excellent location by the opera house and very near to gran via, plus a 20 minute walk to the Art galleries. The breakfast was worth paying for with a good selection of food. Very nice staff.

The location is very convenient (approx. 3 min walk from Opera Metro station). Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is big enough with everything you need (minibar, kettle). There is an elevator, so no problem with the luggage
