Generous welcome, friendly staff, perfect location. A real privilege to have spent three night here. This is a first-class hotel, spot on for tourists, midway between the Plaza Mayor and the Prada. Couldn't fault it.

Thanks for a perfect stay. This hotel offers a good central location, very serviceminded and professional staff that noticed and treated me well on my birthday with choclate and wine. Breakfast was super with a wide variety of choices Clean and well equipped rooms that was kept tidy throughout the stay

Very good location, a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol which the center of touristic Madrid. Almost everything is 15 minutes walk away. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of options. Room was very nice, clear and WIFI was great. Stuff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our needs. Even though the location was central and we were surrounded by bars and restaurants, we couldn't hear the hustle and bustle from the hotel room. We also found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were effective and always found a moment to say hello.

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the city and everything is reachable by foot. You have plenty of Spanish Tapas restaurants in the area and some good bars too. The hotel staff was very friendly.
