Easy to find on a main street. Quiet despite street noise below. Small balcony was nice. Lift small but worked well.

The location is unbeatable- right in the centre of the centre, everything within walking distance. The lovely receptionist on the ground floor helped me with the taxi, she even went out with me- there were police cars in the front and taxi couldn’t park. Breakfast was adequate for the price- would’ve loved to see some other fruit (like in the photo)-other than just oranges. Wifi was great.

Great location, on the Gran Via, great view if you are lucky enough to have a “Via” view. Bed was comfortable and a nice “walk in shower” but not a rain shower!

The location is excellent, next to a metro station and situated in the most iconic street of Madrid. Many shops and supermarkets close. The room was tidy and fresh, although relatively small, I couldn’t complain, it had everything necessary. Not to mention, the price for the stay, location and the breakfast offer, is perfect.
