Positives - Most of the hotel was ok for cleanliness but it was perfect, the staff were all friendly! Good location and the hotel had good enough facilities for a weekend away in the city Negatives I did find the room dusty and one of our cups had been used, it wasn't enough to mention to the staff as I was only there for the 1 evening. I didn't really like the decor or the dark wood that shows alot of the marks.

Location & staff are friendly and helpful. They provide water dispenser on the floor, free juice and coffee in the morning at lobby too.

Best location, we didn't use any transport. It was near the station, we reached it within 5 minutes. Although it is in the city center however, it wasn't very noisy. The interior was very beautiful and cozy. Mirrors everywhere. And the bed was extremely comfortable, it was a queen bed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location, just a short walk from the museums, El Retiro Park, and Atocha train station. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options. The only downside was the constant noise from the AC system, which we couldn’t turn off despite our efforts. The fridge was also noisy, but unplugging it solved the issue. Fortunately, staying on the 5th floor minimized any noise from nearby clubs. Also, we booked a superior room but couldn’t quite tell the difference from a standard one. Based on the photos, we expected a larger space, a small sofa, and double sinks, but our room had a standard layout with a single sink and no extra seating. After checking, we were told that our room was indeed a superior category, though it wasn’t clear what made it so. That said, we still had a great stay overall.

Not extremely central but close and easy to get to tube stations. Very close to Retiro Park which is wonderful. The building is safe and gorgeous with a lovely vibe. Beds and bathroom are wonderfully comfortable and clean.
