Good position close to the museum area and only 15/20’ walking distance from city centre. Room is nice and spacious, bathroom is wide and comfortable, especially the shower

Lovely boutique hotel in great location opposite Prado Museum. Super comfortable rooms and great bed . Quiet room despite looking onto square. Nespresso machine with selection of pods replaced daily, water bottles . Free water bottles at reception and small cups of broth at night to warm you up on returning home - nice touch Lovely breakfast room with large selection and a la carte options. Very friendly staff and special thanks to restaurant staff. Would definitely return.

The location, the staff the amenities were all perfect! It’s a 10min walk from the town centre, the staff especially Khalid at reception was extremely helpful and accommodating! He changed our room and gave us complimentary breakfast as we had a baby and the original room allotted to us didn’t meet our requirements. The room had all the amenities including hair dryer, bathrobes, ironing board and iron, toiletries including dental kits, slippers, shampoo conditioners! Best of all, the interior of the room was so well done and reminded us of being in a lovely home!

Everything was perfect: location close to Prado museum and very lively, but still inside. Nice breakfast, with an option to order eggs at the table. Top!

The hotel is well located close to the Prado Museum, in a central location, a walking distance from many points of interest. Staff is friendly and nice, and breakfast was really nice, with a selection satisfying all cravings for a hearty morning meal. The room was well-equipped and the bathroom had proper water pressure and a very comfortable shower.
