The whole experience was excellent. First, the rates are phenomenal for the hotel,location, and commodities. Than, the staff is extremely friendly, the online check in makes the initial process much easier and every little detail is thought of so you can enjoy your stay. I will always come back whenever I am in madrid and will prioritize in other locations. 10/10

The location is amazing just out side the Central Park 30 minutes from airport 10 to 30 minutes walk to almost every where Museums art galleries boutique shops and high street Breakfast very good Hotel food very good

The breakfast was splendid. A wide array of juices, fruit, yogurt, breads, pastries, cakes, charcuterie and cheeses, hot bacon and eggs, omelette etc. My gluten free diet was well catered for. The bean to cup coffee machine produced excellent espresso, cafe con leche etc. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Location is great, we had booked a small room that was just right as we spent all day out, it was clean and comfy. For travellers who spend more time at hotel recommend a bigger room.
