The hotel staff was very polite and willing to assist on everything we requested. Very nice location, in a lively neighborhood. The breakfast was fresh with quite many cold and hot options. I am more than happy to recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the metro and also within walking distance of the center. Lovely tapas bar next door and Italian restaurant. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Great selection for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

My first time here, and it was amazing. For me everything was just perfect, the super comfortable room, clean, spacious, warm and very well designed. The bathroom was just perfect with that walk-in shower. And the breakfast was on par too. One of my top two hotels in Madrid.

Great location, close to the center. Reception team was very helpful and loyal to our needs. Very delicious breakfast! We stayed with a dog and in the room there was a small bed and a bowl for a dog. That was very nice

Breakfast, bedroom and location were great. The hotel is within a reasonable walking distance from several interesting spots and even has a metro station near by. All the staff were amazing, very friendly. The hotel has luggage storage.
