The breakfast is extraordinary. Beside the great choice of fine food, the personal touch is present. The staff quickly, efficiently and with great positive attitude resolved some minor tehcnical issues that appeared. If you are breakfast lover and you do care about the attitude of the staff, that's the right place.

We were upgraded to a very large suite to accomodate our baby. Breakfast was great! Reception staff too!

The hotel is a little more run down since i last visited 10 years ago, but the rooms are comfortable and the towels still have the "This is a towel" printed on them which is a wonderful touch.

The location was quiet close the Atocha railway station that I could even take a taxi below 10 euro/ Plus the tourist attractions were also accessible by metro without line changeover. The staff was really well behaved and welcoming.

This apartment looks luxurious. Also clean. Bathtube with jacuzzi. Did not use it though. The breakfast was luxurious also. Water and coffee for free. The staff is professional and speaks english.

Location was fantastic. We travelled for the Madrid Marathon and the hotel was exactly between the start and finish line. Breakfast was great, room was great and staff were fabulous.
