The staff were very friendly and helpful; thank you to Lydia for the recommendation of Toledo and how to get there. The room was decent, internet was decent and safe big enough for any needs. Breakfast was tasty.

Very conveniently located in the heart of Madrid close to the Sol station. Rooms are of very different size. I liked the balcony to the street.

Perfectly located in the city centre in quiet side street. Due to a early train departure we also received a packed breakfast to take with us. What a service!

This hotel is in an unbeatable location, right in the thick of everything happening in central Madrid and walkable to a lot of attractions too. Despite that, my room was not noisy from street noise as it faced an internal courtyard. The room is very basic but if you're out exploring all day and just using it for sleep and showering then that's not a problem. It did have a mini fridge which was handy. Shower pressure was good, and had a small elevator which was handy for luggage. Be aware that Taxis/Ubers cannot drop you off at the door as it's located in a pedestrian mall area so just need to walk about 3-5 minutes to a road to get one.
