Lovely staff, great location! The only things that can be a bit improved is the furniture and a deep cleaning once in a while. Overall it was good!

The location was amazing, right in the centre beside so many of the main attractions. The room was also very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is great, 2 min walk to El Corte Ingres, 5 min walk to San Miguel market, 7 min walk to the Royal Palace

Very central location. Room and bed were comfortable. It was small and fairly dark is it overlooked a small internal courtyard. That said, this meant it was quiet (overlooking the main street would probably have been noisier) and I had specifically asked for a quiet location. For somewhere quiet, clean and safe, but amazingly central, it was good. Due to a special offer, the price was reasonable for the location. Good breakfast in pleasant room.

Breakfast was very good, a good selection of cheeses and hams, with a few hot options, and even a choice of fruit detox drinks. Very handy to have hotel umbrellas to borrow. The location is great, just 2090 meters from Puerta del Sol which also where most of the walking tours begin.

The location is superb, right in the middle of the city. It's easy to access the tourist attractions by walking, or metro. The place is generally clean and safe to stay.
