We really liked our stay. The apartment is beautiful, very comfy, and well-located, with everything within walking distance (though I personally didn’t like the area itself). We chose this apartment because we were traveling with a baby, and it turned out to be a great choice—lots of space for a crawling baby! We were also offered a baby chair, which was really helpful. The staff was nice and friendly.

The location is great, the rooms are beautiful, it was perfect for us as a family to have the space but be central. We really liked using the pool and liked that it was exclusive use (once booked). The 24h manned reception made us feel safe. The glass in the doors was super thick so the rooms where quiet even if the balcony was noisy! The kitchen facilities and appliances were great too.

Couldn't ask for a better location in the heart of Madrid. Bustling square outside, quiet and relaxing inside. This apart-hotel felt brand new. Comfortable beds, lots of space, very clean. Front desk was kind and helpful.

Location was excellent - within walking distances of heart of Madrid . Palacio Real , Barrio de las Letras , plaza mayor Good restaurants around and lively atmosphere without being overcrowded . Underground , a step away from property.
