A great hotel for family vacations. The two rooms, we booked, were connected inside by a door, which was perfect option for a family with 3 children. The room was warm, clean with daily housekeeping. A special “thanks” for the excellent buffet breakfast.

The Staff was very friendly and they have helped me to do a late check in as well as late check out. Everything went well with the stay. The sofa bed was not great but not bad too.

Lovely walk to the Ventas metro station, although there are some closer options too. Mini fridge was free and refilled everyday which was really appreciated! Room was clean, well furnished and as good size!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jose Luis, who was friendly and very attentive to our needs. The hotel was clean, and the surroundings were beautiful.

I had a room to myself and it was very comfortable. The only thing I would have liked a bath and shower in my room as opposed to just a shower. But I think all the rooms come with just a shower
