For a gruop of friends or family I can't imagine better place like this. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, superb kitchen. Just awsome. Location is perfect, in La Latina but was everything quite, Plaza Mayor and Sol is 10 minutes by walk, metro station is within 1 minute, and the best burger in town also in 2 minutes.

Everything is great, close to the center, clean and nice apartment, lots of shops and places to eat. Super easy to unlock with the app as long as you have patience to get the code.

clean, spacious, great location in the neighborhood near metro station, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is located in a lively area (although not directly near very busy streets) and given it is on the 4th floor, it is very quiet. very nice terrace. bed linens, towels (small and shower size), hair dryer are provided. there's a kettle, coffee machine (the filter one), pots and pans.

The location of the appartment was more or less perfect. Royal Castle only a short walk away. Museo Prada was a longer walk but still perfectly doable. We only used the metro to get to the Metropolitano soccer-stadium. The neighborhood is packed with restaurant, bars and supermarkets. All you need! The app for opening the door to the apartment worked without problems for us. The apartment was clean at our arrival. Two bathsrooms was a great thing.
