Very nice hotel with lots of eating place around the hotel. Special mention of Alberto who made us feel welcome when checking in. Also special mention to Christian in the bar, very helpful, polite and always smiling. Terrace bar is really good but the food choices were very limited. Clean pool with sun beds and towels available.

It was a great and perfect location. Public transportation is accessible, only 8 mins walk to Ventas Metro Station that has Line 2 which goes to the city. Also the bus stop is nearby. It also has nearby pizza place (verace), cafeteria, grocery store (carrefour) and pharmacy. All are walking distance. I also like the pool! They cleaned the hotel and changed all the bedsheets and towels everyday, which was very great.

Very comfortable hotel located in a quiete area but from where it s easy to reach the centre. Good breackfast and comfortable bed. Staff was really gentle and professional

Quiet, very clean, nice pool. Good choice at breakfast and staff very friendly. 5 -10 mins’ walk from Ventas Metro stop and 5 mins to Carrefour supermarket.

The personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond when I had to find a taxi in rush hour to get to my meeting on time. The breakfast was really good selection and tasty!

Fantastic hotel with a swimming pool and very quiet. Well connected to the centre via two metro stations nearby (Ventas and Diego de Leon). very good value for money

The location was good walking distance from 2 different metro stations. The pool was very nice and they had poolside bar service (bring drinks to you). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They come equipped with small fridge - filled with complimentary drinks, wine storage, shower & bathroom amenities aswell
