restaurant food is not good. part of the reason to book a place with room service, but this was just not good in my opinon

Location was fantastic, close to public transport, walking distance to attractions, shops, places to eat were very close by and convenient. The staff were super helpful and friendly, knowledgeable also for sights to see and public transport info. The hotel was secure and clean. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Location is superb, but it it very loud because of the traffic. The Stuff os fantastic! Wellcoming, helpful and attentive. 10 points to Tania at the reception. Good restaurant downstairs, delicious, yet the atmosphere is bit specific. Great attitude to pets, no charges and all bowls and bed is provided on demand. Close to Attocha.

Location was fantastic next to three main museums, good eating choices across budgets. Room overlooking the main road across which are nice gardens.

Hotel in great location, with nice views to the park and Atocha station. Metro station and museums in just a small distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of pastry and fruits. Everything was really so tasty! The breakfast area was very clean and staff took always great care of everyone. The restaurant of the hotel was also very nice and the food was great. In the bathroom they provide a very nice hair-dryer, and it is rare to find a good one in hotels. Also, right next to the hotel there are so many options for drinks and food.

Good location, close to Atocha station and art galleries. Bonus, the room we stayed had a balcony with good views across to the botanic gardens

Great location in historical building with lovely view from the terrace. The breakfast was substantial with the bonus option of freshly cooked eggs. The hotel lobby was comfortable for sitting and having a drink. It was handy having the restaurant on site with a variety of food options. The room was quiet and dark, good for sleeping.

great location, stunning views to the Retito pafk and close to the Atocha train station and metro. a nice restaurant and beautiful lobby area to have a drink or work. Nice breskfast.

Over looking P. del Prado. Grand setting. lovely lobby area, helpful staff. Close to Atocha station and Metro, Prado gallery and good restaurants.
