Very kind person at the reception . upon my early arrival she helped to help the room ready ahead of the time. Coffee in the morning at the reception with some cookies ;-)

nicely kept hotel in Chamberi. As in every place in Madrid, there are plenty of bars and restaurants around (La Maquina is very good). The staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok. My room was large and well-appointed with a coffee machine, robes, a safebox,

The hotel is located in a great area with some nice options for food and drink and close enough to get into the centre of the city by public transport very easily. The staff were all great throughout and the breakfast was very good.

Location was excellent for my needs, but little distant from centre. The room was very clean, and spacieous . We ddin't take breakfast but it looked very nice .

Great location especially if going to the Bernabéu public transport nearby too, plus supermarket next door helped with buying bits I couldn’t bring on plane
