The reception staff was very helpful, welcoming, warm, caring The strived to help and make the stay pleasurable. The cleaning lady on my floor, was also nice and provided me with a kettle immediately

The breakfast was OK, could have had more options but the staff were excellent in their service. I required a takeaway breakfast our 1st day and they went above and beyond to help with that. 10/10 for the helpful staff!!!
