-The credit card used for the reservation must be in the name of the person staying at the establishment.
-The hotel offers free shuttle service for transfers to the airport. Transfers from the hotel to the airport begin at 05:00 am until 00:30 hours.
-Airport pick-ups begin at 12:00 pm until 00:30 am. When you arrive at the airport, after collecting your luggage, go to the stop. BUS HOTEL which is in your arrival terminal, once you are at the stop, you must call us to inform us of the terminal number, and we will send the shuttle service to pick you up. PHONE: 00 34 917 420 200. We do not have WhatsApp
-The vehicle has capacity for 19 passengers and a 23kg suitcase plus one carry-on bag per person is allowed.
Once you arrive at the hotel to check in, you can book your transfer on the day of departure.
- Dogs and cats are allowed on request and subject to approval. The maximum weight allowed is 25 kg. A charge of EUR 25 per night will apply (maximum of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge. Transfers of animals on hotel transport are subject to special conditions.

Very nicely located for what we needed - close to Metropolitano stadium and metro. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Overall a decent hotel for a couple of nights.

It’s very convenient for a one-night stay if you need to go to the airport the next day, as the shuttle service is free and takes 10-15 minutes to Terminal 4.

The hotel offers transport from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport. And you can actually use this option, but you have to be patient. Although you get a message with information on how to use the service, unfortunately it doesn't quite work. You have to wait for the bus or ask when it will be coming and unfortunately wait. It doesn't come on demand. The rooms in the hotel are a good size, the beds are big and comfy, the windows open, everything works, there is even a mini bar in the room and snacks and drinks for free. In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even hand lotion. In the summer you can use the swimming pool. And a metro station to the city center is 4 minutes on foot. Very nice hotel

Rooms are clean, hot showers, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable and the airport shuttle was on time. The driver made sure he was clear on where everyone needed to be dropped off.
