The common area is in a basement and there's not much ventilation. Some of the staff are nice, others not so friendly. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect.

The location was really convenient to get around. The staff were really helpful, making my stay more comfortable. They even invited me to a party at the hostel which was nice since I was a solo traveler. I think it's a nice way to meet more people.

Great location. Comfortable bed with a curtain, single light and useful stand. The room was quite clean, and staff very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is absolutely phenomenal- less than 5mins walk to Puerta de Sol (and next to a 100 Montaditos!). Staff are nice! The common area is good with tables and sofas. They have a self service laundry and lockers (paid). The rooms are good - clean and spacious. Plenty of toilets and showers. Decent value for money.
