My stay at Melia was perfect! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madrid!

Bottom line is that this is a very nice hotel, it’s very well situated and the staff make you feel looked after. The interior of the hotel is very clean and tidy and the breakfast selection was fantastic.

Amazing breakfast with lots of options for lactose intolerants. Small details like champagne and gluten free products are top notch. Staff is very polite and the cleaning services are great. The hotel is centrally located and is very beautiful. We would rate the hotel 8 or 9 if it was a leisure trip and we were sharing rooms with family or friends.
