Easy to find, clean and tidy -staff were very good and easy going Breakfast was really tasty and again the guy preparing everything was very aimiable Toiletries in room were great Recommended it !

This hotel offers fantastic value and is situated just a short stroll away from the Plaza Mayor. The staff members are incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a polite demeanor. The room size was impressive, and it was spotlessly clean upon our arrival.

The hotel is situated in a very central and convenient location with easy access to tourist attractions and all shops and department stores. The staff were excellent in their attention and desire to ensure that our stay was comfortable and they made sure of this.

Good, central location, easy to reach by the metro. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance of the main galleries, Gran Via and central Madrid. A good-sized, clean room.

The reception team is amazing, friendly, kind, ready to help, just amazing people. The location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything, no need to take a bus or metro, you can just walk in any direction to discover the beautiful centre of Madrid.
