Security level - you had to use your card to enter the building, the hotel area and your room. The room was also very clean and provided us with a coffee machine, some bread to take away. Beats a few of the 2-4 star hotels that I’ve been to!

I really liked the apartment. The best thing is the location. Just only few minutes and you are already in the best places around Madrid like Peurta Del Sol or Plaza Mayor.

It was good to have lift access even if the lift was small. Location was central and convenient. Loved the balcony and window where fresh air can flow in. Room is decent and I barely noticed its a hostel. Access to the facilities are all done via passcode, very convenient. Only concern was that the room.passcode algorithm felt like it's standard format and not sure if it has been regularly changed.

Right in the heart of Madrid, just a few steps for metro Sol. Everything is at walking distance. Staff are all great. From the people at the desk to the cleaning ladies, all super kind.
