Location was perfect. It is few minutes walk from few major squares in Madrid. Gran Via is 5-7 min walking distance. Many bars and restaurants as well as might clubs are in the area. It is very busy and crowded all day long 24/7. We had a room at the 5th floor so we did not hear much noise from the street. Our balcony was nice addition to the room. Breakfast was included all you can eat.

Excellent location!!! Lovely receptionists who are available 24/7. Reception, room and breakfast room all clean and tidy.

A simple hotel but comfortable clean reasonable size rooms staff very good and helpful good breakfast very central so all main visitor sites within 10minutes walk. Only downside can be noisy outside at night. We'll use again definitely

location, near to centre, but unfortunately was also too near to a lot of nightclubs, and very noisy in the early hours of the morning

Very central location, all main attractions areas are accessible by walk. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. We got a good fare rate too, with breakfast included.

-Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city. -Staff was very welcoming. - Hotel was clean. -Breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly. -Despite being a 2-star hotel, the room was spacious and had a window. -Room was equipped with all essentials, and cleaning was done daily.

Breakfast was good,but too noisey out side,& above us some one was moving furniture around,in the afternoon,& evening,havent a clue what was going on!!

The night receptor Javier was super nice and helpful! 💙 Also the cook and waitress were nice. The location is good. The room was small, but everything was clean.
