Location, friendly staff, nice room... We have been visiting Madrid for the past 7 years and we always choose to stay here if possible as the location is very good, close to different restaurants, the famous Gran Via streets, Puerta del Sol and more. We have stayed in different rooms (double, triple) and we are always satisfied. The heater works fine during winter months while the AC works fine during summer months.

Great location near to metro station Opera so easy to get anywhere. Walking distance to royal palace, plaza mayor and the famous churro cafe san Gines.

Three separate beds for each one of us. The beds are quite comfortable and you can sleep well! The AC is good and gets nice and cold. There was a huge smart tv in the room. Staff is really friendly, especially Margarita.

A great value room in Central Madrid. - less then 2 min walk from opera metro station - close to plaza de mayo, - 5 min to san Miguel food market which was lots of tapas places and drink - single room with bathroom which was great value -~10 min walk to madrid palace

The best of this hotel is the location. It is located in the hearth of the city, 2 minute form Puerta del Sol and a few steps from Opera metro station. The bed was comfortable. Room cleaning and towel changed on a daily basis. Nice and friendly staff, Margarita was available for check in late at night. We had an issue with the key that was resolved straight after we asked. Lots of food stores, retaurants, shops and pubs nearby. A little store front of the hotel for essentials. Highly recommended!

The owner of the accommodation was a friendly person who treated us with respect. The location is perfect, close to the metro and tourist attractions. We highly recommend it.
