Good location, close to subway stations and also just a 10 minute walk away from Gran Via. The airport connection is fine, via metro. The reception staff was not really welcoming, it all felt rushed and impersonal. Comfortable bed and pillows, mini fridge available and more than enough storage room, although the room felt a bit crowded. Breakfast was fine, enough to choose from, decent coffee and the breakfast staff is nice.

The location is excellent, able to walk to most of the attractions from the hotel. Rooms were a good size for a city centre hotel.

This hotel is a good base for exploring Madrid. You can walk to Gran Via street. Metro and bus stops are close by. It is located in a safe area, with nice bakeries and cafes nearby. Hotel staff is polite, and the early check-in was a particularly nice gesture. Our room was a bit smaller, but quite enough for the two of us. It was very clean, with comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect. Good breakfast, comfy rooms with great view and modern style furniture. Great neighborhood, city center is within walking distance. We were there on our honeymoon and absolutely enjoyed this hotel! Totally recommended!

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet. Friendly staff. I liked the breakfast very much. Location was very convenient for my daily visits to Ciudad Universitaria.
