The room we stayed in is quite good, adequate space for me and my mom. We did ask for twin beds but I suppose they did not have any more rooms that had the beds separated because even though our beds were two singles, they were placed together as if to make a double bed. Still, it's not a deal breaker. The room is bright, perfect temperature and has enough space for our things. The shower/restroom is indeed quite small but it's just perfect to do one's "business". We had towels and toiletries available and everything felt clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the shower because the water gets warm quickly. Also, the staff all seemed friendly, so overall, our stay was quite comfortable. Oh, and did I mention the location? It's quite centric but inside the rooms, I don't remember hearing noise from outside (either I was too comfortable sleeping or the sound proofing of the room is really good). I would definitely book again.

The room was clean. The location is excellent. Staff very cordial and ready to help. Breakfast is served outside the building, just 1 minute walk away.

Location was excellent just round the corner to Gran Via , on the other hand colour choice of room was a bit debatable flashy green either you love it or hate it …

Location is excellent, close to everything and right next to metro. Room was comfortable and suited our needs on a short break. Unique hotel with no room numbers just the name of countries.

The location is very good, our room is not spacious for a family, very limited space to move around, the bathroom is small, the location is great because it’s in the central area, very accessible to everything which is the bonus point.
