loved the location and friendly staff! We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Good value for money! I would definitely recommend this property for a very central stay in Madrid!

The room was small but completely adequate. For Germans it was unusual that the beds had no duvet. But it was very warm in the city, so a duvet wasn't necessary. And we were able to order some lunch bags for one day we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time.

The location is everything, right at the cornet of Gran Via. We were lucky and were given room with windows that faced the courtyard so it was a really quiet room. The wifi is strong and fast, the bathroom is perfect. Room is smaller but for a couple it was just enough. The cleaing lady was very nice to us everythime she met us. We booked this hotel in advance so the price was very good!
