Excellent location, close to metro and attractions, nice and tidy rooms. We had to switch rooms due to a problem with the bathroom but I think it was handled well. Shower is built peculiarly but works well.

Centrally located hotel. Close to shopping, bars, restaurants and metro. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room size was just right. The staff was very helpful and polite. They agreed to keep our bags at the hotel both before check-in and after check-out, at no extra charge. The location is exceptional, with great restaurants around and at a walking distance from the major points of interest in the city.

The hotel is in a great location, very central. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The room is small, but perfect for a 2-3 day city visit. The room is very clean. Breakfast is in a nearby restaurant, plentiful and delicious.

The room was ok it was enough space for me. The hotel is located in the downtown you can find everything nearby. You can reach the hotel just a few minute walk from the airport bus stop (~5-10 minutes walk). It was a super secure hotel. The tideness / cleanness was correct. Not too modern but not run down room. Perfect for short stay. My stay was between 50-60 Euros for one night which was really correct price at Madrid during my stay (middle of December).

I liked the location of the hotel, it is close to everything you want and very close to the famous commercial street in Madrid, the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, the shower water was great and the air conditioning worked perfectly
