Everything was in the best manner. A staff is friendly, room is comfortable and clean, there is a pool zone and bar on a roof. We were surprised of complementary minibar with soft drinks and beer. Hotel provides good breakfast. We had early checkout at night, hotel prepared for us the lunchboxes with food, snack and drinks. Hotel provides free transfer from and to airport every 20 minutes. We are appreciate to hotel for the opportunity to stay in. We recommend this hotel.

Excellent airport hotel with very good facilities, free coffee and pastries when we left early the day we departed. Very accommodating with a request to check in early too. Joaquin was extremely helpful

If you have rented a car and want to explore Madrid and its surrounding cities, this is the perfect place. The hotel is new, the staff is professional, helpful, the breakfast is amazing (my family said so, I was fasting). We had connected rooms and their hallway was reserved for us. The gym is open 24 hours. It is in a very peaceful and quiet area. The parking is expensive for that area, but parking outside is free. Overall, this is a great hotel.

Customer Service was excellent. Originally I was put in a room I didn't like, and they went out of the way to give me a nicer room, that made a big difference!

Perfect place for resting while traveling. Big space when booking the loft with terrace connecting rooms. Nice room service and excellent food.

The hotel is located 10- 15 minutes from the Barajas airport. There is a hotel free Shuttle that comes and gos every 30 minutes to the Barajas hotel with a capacity of about 20 passengers, make sure you book in advance as there may be hours when it is full. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. There is a supermarket and some restaurants nearby and it is a nice place to walk with the big avenues. Personle is friendly and eager to help when needed.
