Location is really central. Breakfast is everyday exactly the same (5 days). Depending on the time that you start your breakfast, some items will be missing and they do not refill. Bed is not so good. Some rooms are outdated. For a 4* hotel, I expected to have coffee in the room. Cleaning and staff are top.

The hotel was very well located for the City centre, sights and restaurants. The layout of the hotel was a bit difficult with lots of stairs and the room was nice but could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The staff were very responsive when requests were made and small repairs needed. We were impressed with the staff all round.

The room (343) was quiet, a/c worked to perfection. The room was designed for comfort, it was clean and housekeeping was on top of things. Madrass not too soft. I really recommend this hotel compared to others I’ve stayed at downtown Madrid.

Situated in the main city centre it was very convenient for a walkable distances and the metro stations. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Very clean, comfortable beds, a rooftop bar is a bonus (inside and outside) with a panoramic view. Helpful and nice staff. Definitely I will recommend it!

The location of the hotel is really good, super close to metro stops, Plaza España and Gran Vía. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they helped me with luggage, some stuff I needed to print and other billing information.
